And still… my body wasn’t responding.
I assumed strong, confident women were just born that way — not built.
Even my doctor told me, “That’s just what happens after 40.”
I refused to accept that.
And thankfully, I was wrong.

At 43, I joined FASTer Way to Fat Loss —
and my understanding of my body transformed.
I lost 40 pounds in six months.
But the weight was only part of the story.
For the first time, I understood why my body was doing what it was doing.
I wasn’t guessing. I wasn’t starving. I wasn’t punishing myself.
I ate more food than I had in years — and still lost 3 pounds in the first week.
I finally had a strategy that worked with my changing hormones, not against them.
And then something unexpected happened:
I saw muscle definition — arms, abs — the kind I thought only “other women” had.
Within 90 days, I felt stronger, clearer, more energized than I had in years.
At 47, I’m in the best health of my life.
And I’ve maintained my results for over four years — not through perfection, but through sustainable habits that fit real life.
